We can hardly believe it ourselves: THE HOLY GRILL (Extrawurst) has passed the two-million admissions mark!

In over twenty years of Lieblingsfilm, no film of ours had ever reached one million admissions. THE HOLY GRILL is the first; and it went straight past two. Marcus H. Rosenmüller’s comedy is now the most successful German cinema release of the year, the biggest success of Rosenmüller’s career, and the most successful German production ever distributed by STUDIOCANAL.

A barbecue, a tennis club, a members’ meeting that spirals out of control: and two million people who came to watch it.
